array of activities and experiences, guests can enjoy much of what
Hawaii has to offer within minutes of the the hotel. There is a beach
front path running the entire length of the beach from Black Rock to the
Hyatt Regency. Along this path are a wide variety of island activities,

Often called "the jewel in the crown of Maui",
Lahaina is
located a 10 minute drive from the Hyatt Regency Maui. Guests can make
their own way to Lahaina or take the shuttle provided by the hotels on
Kaanapali Beach. In Lahaina, visitors can experience the history of the

From the months of November to the end of April, it is common to see
Humpback whales in the waters off Ka'anapali Beach. The female
migrates from Alaska to give birth to her calf in the warm waters off
the island of Maui. Whales can be seen jumping and swimming from the
pathway along Kaanapali beach or from the window of your hotel room.
Join us in April 2011 for what promises to be the experience of a lifetime!
